The EC640 VGA-resolution firewire camera for industrial applications is designed for OEM and analog replacement markets. Running 97 frame-per-second at full resolution, it has similar features to Prosilica's high performance CV640, but at a lower price. Its very small size makes it perfect for tight fit situations.
Designed for machine vision applications in semiconductor inspection, manufacturing quality control, food and beverage inspection, embedded machine imaging and many other vision applications.
These cameras can be triggered via an external signal or "free-run" mode. the EC640 draws power through the firewire connection and has the advantages of the standard cable and adapter requirements of IEEE 1394. The broad range of features such as Region of Interest readout (ROI) and programable triggering provides exceptional price/performance value.
