Prosilica has tested its cameras under the following Linux configuration:

Linux support: tested on Suse 9.1 (using Linux kernel 2.6).

Jonat Automation of the Netherlands has successfully tested Prosilica's cameras under Suse 8.1 with kernel 2.4.23 , and Redhat.

Metron Hong Kong has successfully used Prosilica's 1394 cameras with Suse Linux 10.0 & Debian Linux 3.1r1 using Coriander together with "libdc1394" & "libraw1394"

Notes: Coriander sets the packet size to 4900 bytes, but the maximum 1394a packet size on Linux is 4096 bytes. Be sure to reduce the packet size to 4096 or less before using the camera.
