Driver Installation
DLL
Installtion procedure:
Prerequisite:
StreamPix revision 3.1.41 must be installed on your computer. The
latest prosilica device driver must be installed.
- Download
NpixProsilica.dll
and pdapi.dll by right
clicking on these links and saving the files in the following
directory:c:\program files\ Norpix\StreamPix\Devices. Overwrite
any of the previous version file.
- NpxProsilica.dll
is actually an Active-X component and need to be registered into
the system registry. The registration process is simple, and StreamPix
provides a simple way to perform it.
- Start
StreamPix
- Go
to Help | About . In the bottom right corner of the window, there
is a little white square. Click 10 times into it until you will
get a pop up windows that says: "Super Registry Enabled!"
- Quit
StreamPix

Using Microsoft Explorer, browse to the c:\program files\ Norpix\StreamPix\Devices
folder and right click onto the file NpxProsilica.dll.
- Select
REGISTER DLL. You should get a "DLLRegisterServer in xxx
succeeded" like message.
- StreamPix
is now ready.
